Stir the curd. Make Sweet chutney and Green Coriander chutney.
Fill potatoes in the cooker and put it on the burner. After one whistle, boil for another 2 minutes, on low flame. Turn off the burner. After pressure is released from the cooker, open it's cover. Potatoes are boiled now.
Cool the potatoes and cut each in 6 pieces.
Put oil in a not stick pan and heat it. Put the potato pieces in hot oil and let them fry till they turn brown on both sides. Turn off the burner.
Take out the fried potatoes in a bowl and mix chaat masala. Add curd, sweet chutney and grated coriander. Now you can serve and eat the delicious Potato Chaat.
