For making sooji halwa in microwave, place semolina in a microwave safe bowl and mix half the amount of ghee into it.
Roast the semolina in microwave for 4 minutes. Firstly, roast semolina in microwave on highest power for 2 minutes. Now stir the semolina and roast again for 1 more minute. Stir again and roast for another 1 minute. Semolina is now roasted.
Add milk and sugar in semolina and microwave halwa for 4 minutes. Microwave for 2 minutes first and stir the halwa. Now microwave for 1 more minute and stir. Again microwave for 1 minute on high power and stir.
Keep 2 tsp ghee and add rest of the ghee, dry fruits (almonds, raisins) and cardamom powder in halwa and mix well.
Cover and microwave halwa for 2 minutes on low power. Take out halwa from microwave, cover and keep aside for 2 minutes as standing time. Halwa is still cooking. Remove the lid, halwa is now ready. Take out sooji halwa in any plate or bowl and pour ghee over it. Garnish with pistachios.
Mouth drooling and delectable sooji halwa is ready. Serve steaming hot halwa and relish eating.
