First of all cut the brinjal into 1 inch sliced and put the salt on two sides of it. Put a cut mark in the both sides of the brinjal by the help of knife so that the masala can enter into the brinjal.
Add the tawa masal in the curd and stir the spoon. Add the brinjal in this masala and turnover the two sides of it.
Take a small pan and place it on the burner. Pour one tablespoon of oil in the pan. When the oil starts boiling, put cumin seed and turmeric powder in it. Spread the brinjal on the pan. Proper distance should be maintained among the sliced brinjal and fry it with low heat.
Use the spoon to turnover it and not break the pieces of brinjal. Cover the pan and fry it with low heat. It will be prepared after 5 minutes. Brinjal Katari is ready now. You can eat it with the hot bread and puri.
