Put curd in a bowl and whisk it properly so that all the lumps are dissolved. Now add cauliflower, green chilli, salt and black pepper in it.
Heat oil in a small pan and put cumin seeds or mustard seeds and curry leaves into it. Let them splutter. Once the cumin seeds turns brown, pour the masala over the curd in the bowl.
Your Cabbage Raita is ready. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to get chilled. Serve it chilled.
