Method - How to make Cheese Twist Recipe
Prepare the filler by adding spices into the paneer.
Take out 2 pieces of pre-made puff sheets from the freezer 2 hours prior to the preparation. Dust the puff sheets with dry maida and roll them into thin flat disc equal to that of a parantha.
Spread the paneer mix on one sheet and cover it with the other sheet. Roll the sheets with a roller so that the mixture sets between them and both the sheets gets stick to each other. Now cut them into pieces with the help of a knife or a pizza cutter depending on the size of the cheese twist you prefer to make.
Take one piece and twist it from the center with hands in a way that it gets twisted completely. Prepare all the other biscuits in a same way. You can sprinkle some sesame or alsi on the biscuits also.
Grease a tray with little oil and pre-heat the oven at 230 centigrade. Put all the biscuits in the tray and keep it inside the oven. Set the oven at 230 centigrade for 15 minutes.
Once the timer stops, check the biscuits and bake them again for 10 minutes on 200 centigrade.
Cheese Twist is ready. Serve them to your kids and store the rest in an air-tight container.
