Amchoor powder – 1 small spoon (or juice of one big lemon)
Salt – as per taste
How to make Dhaniya ki Chatni
Wash the coriander and green chilies and cut them coarsely. In this, mix garam masala, amchoor powder and salt. Add half a small bowl of water and grind the mixture into a fine paste. The all time favorite coriander chutney is ready.
Refrigerate the chutney and you can enjoy it for 3 to 4 days.
