Clean coriander, Saunff, Methi, Jeera and put them on a hot Tawa(flat pan) to roast. Peel the Elaichi.
Add red chillies, black pepper, clove, cinnamon, and Elaichi to the roasted spices. Allow the spices to cool off then grind them. Put turmeric powder and Amchur powder to these grounded spices and mix.
Whenever you make stuffed vegetables add salt to taste and use this Tawa Masala Powder.
