Cashew Nuts - 20 (each cashew sliced in four pieces)
Raisins - 25 to 30
Small Cardamom - 4 to 5
Almonds - 4 (thin stripes)
How to cook Jackfruit Seed's Halwa
wash the jackfruit seeds and boil them in a cooker. Let them cool and then peel their skin. Now grind the peeled seeds in the grinder.
Put 1-1/2 table spoon of ghee in the frying pan and heat it. Then put the grinded jackfruit seeds in the hot ghee and stir on low flame, till they become light brown (It will take 15 minutes). Then mix mawa (khoya) and cook for another 7 to 8 minutes. Now put small cup of milk, sugar, cashew nuts and raisins in the halwa, while stirring. After the sugar has dissolved and the halwa has thickened, turn off the burner. Now mix the remaining ghee and cardamom in the halwa.
Your jackfruit halwa is ready. Take out the jackfruit halwa in a bowl and garnish it with the sliced almonds. Let's serve and eat the Halwa.
