Filter the flour in a utensil. Mix the ghee in the flour. Now create some space in the middle of the flour and mix curd, cumin seed and salt. With luke warm water knead a soft dough. Leave the dough covered for half an hour. Mast the dough to make it fit for the puris. Take out small lumps from the dough and shape them like a ball. Press each of them and leave them covered with a clean wet cloth.
Put oil in a frying pan and heat it. Take out one piece of the dough and flatten it with a roller into a disk like shape of 3 to 4 inch diameter. Put this flattened dough disk in the hot oil. After it swells, turn it and when it becomes brown then take it out in a plate. Fry all the puris like this.
The hot and delicious Khasta Puri are now ready to serve and eat along with Matar Paneer, pickle, curd or with any other vegetable preparation that you like. The puris are delicious even after they have cooled and you can even have them the next day.
