Mixed Vegetable Fry Recipe

Ingredients for Mixed Vegetable Fry

  • Green pea - 100 gm( 1 small bow)
  • Beans - 100 gm
  • Cauliflower - 100 gm
  • Carrot - 1 medium size
  • Capsicum - 1 medium size
  • Paneer - 100 gm ( If you require )
  • Tomato-2 to 3 medium size
  • Green Chilly - 3
  • Ginger-1 inch in length
  • Oil- 2 table spoon
  • Asafetida- 1-2 pinch
  • Cumin seed- 1/2 small spoon
  • Turmeric Powder- 1/2 small spoon
  • Coriander Powder- 1 small spoon
  • Salt- (According to taste) 1 small spoon
  • Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 small spoon
  • Garam masala- 1/4 small spoon
  • Green coriander-1 table spoon

How to make Mixed Vegetable Fry

Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Cut paneer i inch in size.

Grind the tomato, green chilli and ginger in a grinder finel

Put the oil in a pan and heat the pan. Put the cumin seed and asafetida in the oil . After the cumin seed is properly fried then put the turmeric powder and coriander powder into it. Put the tomato paste in the pan and fry it until it turns granules.

Now put all cut vegetables, salt and red chilli powder in the pan and continue stirring. Fry the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour one table spoon of water in the pan and allow to fry for 10 to 12 minutes. Open the pan and check it whether the recipe has become soft or not.If the recipe requires water to be soft, you may add one table spoon water into recipe and cook it for 8 to 10 minutes.

Now you can open the cover of the pan for checking the recipe. Your mix vegetable recipe has become soft. Add garam masala and gree coriander in it and mix well. Your mix veg recipe is ready.

Take out the mix vegetable recipe in a bowl and garnish it with the green coriander. You can serve and eat hot with bread, nann, chapatti and rice.
