How to make Khajur Ke Laddoo recipe
Wash the dates and dry them. Chop the dates into small pieces and remove the seed. Cut 7-8 pieces of cashew nuts.
Put coconut pieces into mixture grinder and grind them. Grind cashew nuts. Put pieces of dates in mixture grinder and add 2 tbsp water,grind coarsely.
Peel cardamom and make powder out of it.
Put ghee in pan and heat. Add dates paste in ghee and cook for 4-5 mins until it losses it moistness. Turn off the gas. Add coconut powder, sliced cashew nuts , cardamom and almonds to the roasted paste of dates and mix it well.
When the mixture cools down, grease your hands with ghee and take little mixture(small lemon sized) and with both hands make a round laddo shape. Place the ready laddo in some plate. Similarly prepare all laddo's.
Palm sweet (khajur laddo) are ready. Store the laddo's in a air tight container and enjoying eating it for more then 1 month.
How to make Kajur ke Laddo with Mawa
To prepare date mawa laddo take 1 cup dates with 1 cup mawa. Take 1/4 cup sugar . Cook mawa until it turns light brown.
Grind dates in appropriate manner and roast it. Add roasted mawa in dates paste and add sliced cashew nuts and cardamom powder. Mix well. In the same manner make the laddo's.
Dates mawa ladoo have short shelf life. It can only be stored in fridge for 12-15 days only.
