For making paneer bhurji, preheat oil in a pan. When oil is sufficiently hot add, reduce the flame and add cumin seeds into it. When cumin seeds are roasted, add green chilly, Ginger, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saute the spices for while. Now add green peas as well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Open the lid and check the peas, they should be tender. When peas get soft, add capsicum, tomato, red chilly powder and salt. Mix all ingredients really well. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Grate the paneer and add in cooked vegetables. Add some green coriander and mix everything together really well. After mixing all ingredients, turn off the flame. Sabzi is now ready.
Take out sabzi in a bowl. Garnish the sabzi with some green coriander. Serve this tantalizing paneer bhurji sabzi with parantha, chapatti or naan and relish eating.
Cook vegetables until crunchy. Crispy vegetables taste delicious with paneer.
