Cut the paneer into 1 1/2 inch in width and 1/2 inch in length. Make paste of tomato, green chilli and ginger in a grinder. Pour the curd in this paste and churn it. Paste of curd and tomato is ready now.
Pour the ghee in a pan and heat the pan. Put 4 to 5 pieces of paneer into the pan and fry them till they turns two sides brown. Take out the paneer in a bowl. Follow the same method to fry rest of paneer.
Put the asafetida and cumin seeds in to the rest ghee in the pan. After the cumin seed is properly fried, put coriander powder, red chilli powder into the pan and continue stirring. Put the paste of curd and tomato into the masala and fry it till the masala is released from oil.
pour 2 to 3 tablespoon of water into the masala, then add the fried paneer and garam masala in it. Continue stirring. Your Masala Paneer Recipe is ready.
Take out it in a bowl and garnish it with green coriander. You can eat this recipe with bread, naan, chapatti and rice.
