How To make Bhaji
Boil the vagetables (potatoes, carrots, french beans, cauliflower) with half a tea spoon of salt and a cup of water. When done, mash all the vagetables with the help of a table spoon. Set aside.
Heat oil/ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds (optional). Add chopped onions and fry until they turn light brown. Add turmeric powder, tomatoes, capsicum, chilli powder and green chilli, and fry for 2 - 3 minutes. Now, add ginger and Pav Bhaji masala. Fry till the oil surfaces.
Add all the mashed vagetables, put salt as required and some water if needed. Bring to boil. Now your Pav-bhaji is ready. You can remove from the stove.
Transfer the bhaji into a bowl. Garnish it with corriander and butter.

Pavs ------- 10 (a kind of bun)
Butter ------- (as required)
How to prepair Pav-Bhaji
Slit Pavs horizontly, leaving one edge attached. (like an open book). On a hot pan, melt some butter. Arrange 2 or 3 buns on the pan. Roast both the sides of the Pav. Spread some butter on the inside of the Pav and roast it till it grows brown. Your Pav is ready!
Serve 2 Pavs with hot Bhaji and a peice of lemon.
