Ingredients for Roasted Banana Chocolate Ice-cream
Banana - 2
Sugar - half cup (100 gm)
lemon - 1
milk - 1 cup (full cream)
Cream - 1 cup (200 gm)
Chocolate - 2 table spoon (grated)
How to make Roasted Banana Chocolate Ice-cream
Peel banana, cut it. Take a non-stick pan, put these banan pieces in the pan and put it on the fire. Add sugar in it and stir it. Cook it till sugar mix in it. The sugar granules will be more cooked in the corner of a pan. When this mixture becomes light brown then put off the fire.
Add cream in this mixture and beat it finely. When they mix propelry then add lemon syrup, grated chocolate and milk in it and beat it again.
Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, beat it again to remove crystals from it. After this beating, you will see air bubbles in it which will make ice-cream more softened after solidifying.
Now, your ice-cream is ready for solidification. Keep it in the air-tight container otherwise it may become harden.
It will be ready within 1-2 hours. Serve this banana chocolate ice-cream to everyone and enjoy it.
