How to make Tinda Stuffed with Paneer
Wash round gourd thoroughly. Peel and remove stalk. Now with help of peeler remove marrow and place it in separate bowl. Likewise hallow all the round gourd.
Prepare stuffing for gourds.
Preheat oil in a pan. Add asafoetida and cumin seeds into it and saute for while. After sauteing, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and saute for few more minutes. Mix the gourd's marrow in species. Also add chopped green chilly, ginger paste, fennel powder, mango powder, red chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Mix all ingredients and saute for while. Add crumbled paneer in the spices. Also add chopped cashews and raisins into it. Mix all ingredients and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Stuffing is ready. Turn off the flame and mix chopped coriander in it. Take out stuffing in a bowl and allow it to cool. Now start stuffing gourds. For this take 1 gourd, with help of spoon fill the hallow gourd. Like wise stuff all gourds.
Preheat oil in a pan. Place gourds in pan one by one. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Check the gourds and flip the sides so that its cooked evenly from all sides.
Cover again and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Check and cook gourds from all sides evenly. It takes around 15 minutes to cook stuffed round gourds. Check after every 3-4 minutes and keep flipping the sides. Stuffed round gourds are ready. Take out stuffed round gourds in a bowl and serve hot with parantha, chapatti, naan or rice and relish eating.
