Make a thick solution by adding Jaggery into the Milk. Sieve the flour and add Ghee, Cardomam, Jaggery and Milk solution into it. Knead the flour to make a smooth dough. Incase the Milk solution is not enough to knead the flour, then you can also use water once the solution gets finished. Leave the dough to set for half an hour.
Make small balls of the dough and roll them to make 21/2 to 3 inch disc.
Heat Ghee into the pan and put the Pooris into the pan. Fry the Pooris until they thrive and turn pink. Take them out on a plate and fry the rest in the same manner.
Sweet Pooris are prepared. Serve them with Spicy Aloo Matar or Pickle.
